Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted via email to Tajmapaw105vx@gmail.com.
- Boarding: 72 hours prior to arrival
- Daycare & Grooming: 24 hours prior
Refund Policy
- No refunds once a guest has checked in
- Boarding refunds require 72-hour notice via email
- Daycare refunds issued as in-store credit (24-hour notice)
- Partial refunds & processing fees are non-refundable
- Allow 4–7 business days for processing
- No refunds for completed grooming services
Checkout Policy
Checkout is at 11:00am Monday–Saturday and 10:00am on Sundays.
Late checkout counts as an additional day of boarding on your final invoice.
Emergency Procedures
We contact the owner immediately. If unreachable, we seek proper veterinary care at our discretion, per Virginia Code 3.2-6518. All actions are documented and communicated to the owner as soon as possible.

Daycare pickup is flexible within operating hours. Boarding checkout is 11:00am Monday–Saturday and 10:00am Sundays — later pickups count as an additional day.
Yes, on your pet's first visit. The first day of daycare is free so we can get to know your dog (offer doesn't apply to first-day boarding).
Current Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations.
Yes, limited hours: 9:00–10:00am and 5:00–6:00pm.
Just vaccine records — we provide everything else. If your pet has a special diet or medication, please supply it. Bedding is okay but may get dirty. We don't recommend packing toys.

We monitor all dogs closely and will attempt to contact you immediately in an emergency. We're authorized to seek emergency vet care if needed; costs are the owner's responsibility per Virginia law.
We're happy to administer medications during your pet's stay.
