Cancelation Policy
All cancelations must be submitted via email @ Tajmapaw105vx@gmail.com
Boarding cancelations must be submitted 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date
Daycare & Grooming cancelations must be submitted 24 hours prior to the scheduled date
Refund Policy

Refunds cannot be issued once a guest has checked in for boarding or daycare.
Refunds for canceled boarding reservations can ONLY be approved if the reservation is canceled via email no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Refunds for canceled daycare appointments come in the form of an in-store credit and ONLY if canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled day
Partial refunds cannot be issued and processing fees are non-refundable.
Please allow 4-7 business days for refunds/transactions to reflect on statements
No refunds for completed grooming services
Checkout Policy
Check out is at 11am Monday – Saturday and 10am on Sundays
Late check out (anytime after the above stated times) WILL count as an additional day of boarding and will need to be settled at check out on the final invoice
Emergency Procedures
Contact the owner immediately using provided contact information.
If the owner cannot be reached, we will seek proper care or treatment at our sole discretion, including veterinary attention as stated in Virginia Code 3.2-6518 Article 4
All actions are documented and communicated to the owner as soon as possible.

What are your operating hours?
Mon-Fri 6am-8pm
Saturdays 8:30-5:30

What time can I pickup my dog?
Daycare Pick-up times are flexible within our operating hours.
Boarding check out is at 11:00am Monday-Saturday and 10:00am Sundays. Checking out anytime after would count as an additional day on your final invoice.
Is there an evaluation required?
Yes an evaluation is performed on your pet’s first visit. We offer the first day of daycare free so we can get to know your dog. *offer not available for 1st day of boarding
What vaccines are required?
Dogs must have current Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations.
Can I pickup/drop off on Sundays?
Yes, we have limited hours on Sundays for drop off and pickup.
9:00am – 10:00am & 5:00pm – 6:00pm
What should I bring?
You are not required to bring anything. We have everything needed to take care of your pet.
If your pet has a special diet or medications, we recommend you supply us with it.
You may bring your pet’s bed or blanket but it may get dirty during their stay
We do not recommend packing toys as must dog’s show no interest while boarding.

What if my pet gets sick or injured during their stay?
We monitor all dogs closely for signs of illness or injury. In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. We have authorization to seek emergency veterinary care if needed. Emergency care costs are the owner’s responsibility per Virginia law
What if my pet takes medicine?
We are happy to administer medications while your pet stays with us
How are dogs seperated?
We group dogs thoughtfully based on size, energy level, and compatibility.
